These terms apply to every booking made with TRAVO UK Airport Transfer ("TRAVO").
Bookings and quotes
All prices are quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are fixed provided the journey details are unchanged.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the fare; no-shows may be charged the full fare.
Waiting time
Meet & Greet bookings include 1 full hour of free waiting from the moment your flight lands. Standard airport pick-ups include 20 minutes free waiting.
Luggage
Please book the correct vehicle for your luggage.
Liability
We track flights and account for reasonable traffic but cannot accept liability for missed flights arising from delays outside our reasonable control.
